Well, ever since I cosplayed as L I have grown quite fons of the character. A comment from :icongreenviolet87: Inspired this picture. It's that scene where he's just standing in the rain, looking up at the sky.

I also got to try out a neat technique that makes the water droplet effect. I might have overdone it though... XD oh well.

Entire thing was made in photoshop
Took approximately 4 hours.

I don't know how this comment could possibly saw how much i love this picture. It is the best piece of artwork i have seen in a month! L is the best character in death note and after he dies, the show is not nearly as good!
